Roasted Carrots

Carrots (trimmed, peeled, and sliced) *No exact amounts because it can be adjusted to as many as you need to seve. Olive Oil

Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper


Pre-heat your oven anywhere from 375 – 400 degrees. Toss your prepped Carrots in enough olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with your sea salt and Black Pepper to taste. Place on a pan or on foil in your oven and roast until slightly crispy on the ends. (Be sure to stir them at least once while roasting.)

You can eat warm, or at room temperature.

Note: These are great with the roasted Cippolini Onions and some cheese with great bread. Makes a great vegetarian sandwich!
