Roasted Cippolini Onions

Cippolini Onions –as many as you like - trimmed, peel, and at least quartered (depending on size) Olive Oil

Sea Salt & Fresh Black Pepper

Honey (enough to drizzle)

Pre-heat your oven anywhere from 375 – 400 degrees. Toss your prepped Cippolinies in enough olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with your sea salt and Black Pepper to taste and lightly drizzle with honey. Place on a pan or on foil in your oven and roast until slightly crispy on the ends. (Be sure to stir them at least once while roasting.)

You can eat warm, or at room temperature.
